Sometimes you want a Grilled Cheese, but you’re an adult and you feel the need to make it fancy or “adult” appropriate to justify eating it for lunch or dinner. THIS is the idea behind the Dorm Room Grilled Cheese. The Name? My fuzzy memory on its origin has something to do with college students not being kids, but they’re not quite self-sufficient adults. And this sandwich is not quite a kids version, but it’s not quite an “adult” meal. Something Like That!
