This ridiculous sandwich first appeared on the menu at CBQ Eatery (2010-2014). Our customers wanted a BLT sandwich, so we put the CBQ stamp on it by adding Chicken Fried Bacon. This sandwich is rounded out by CBQ’s Fire Sauce, a chipotle-based mayo.
